Some members are not able to cancel a ReliaStream radio server, product, or service. If you are not able to figure this out please follow the steps below to cancel or stop service. Members are required to log into their ReliaStream member account and start the cancellation process. We will not accept a cancellation in the form of standard email or ticket for security reasons. Please take a moment to read and follow the steps below.
You would simply have to log into your ReliaStream account.
Search for the SERVICES box (near top of page) and click on that box .
Then find the plan you would like to cancel and click on the ACTIVE button.
This will open the page for that item or plan. Click on REQUEST CANCELLATION to cancel.
Follow the steps and that should do it. If you have any questions be sure to contact us.
Once the cancellation process is started you will receive an email informing you about your cancellation. BE SURE to read that email. There are important reminders about automatic payments, subscriptions, and other things you may also need to stop to fully shut this service down. Failure to do these steps could cause payments to continue. Please take a moment to view that cancellation email and take all steps needed to fully stop service(s).
